Armed to the Teeth is a submission for the game jam "Game Off 2022" following the theme: cliché. Our chosen cliché is "Armed to the Teeth". This game was made remotely in Unity2D by a group of 7 individuals in different parts of the world.

---

In a dystopian future where dental care is afforded only by the rich and powerful, the best dentists in the world have been put on personal retainer for multi-trillionaires and interstellar politicians. Other dentists must use crude, steampunk style tools because the new tech is wildly expensive. Cybernetic enhancements and modifications are common in the neon laced streets of New York, now a melting pot for robots and humans alike making dental care an ever changing challenge.

Austin Whitmoore, a dentist in his late twenties, opens his new dental practice here using the help of an experimental, teeth-cleaning, nano-robot. Motivated by his desire to help those exploited by the exorbitant prices quoted by new age dentistry, he offers his services at a discounted price for those with unfortunate circumstances.

Play as Austin's teeth-cleaning nano-robot to treat patients, battling bacteria and plaque with your water-jet gun and floss-whip in this 2d, top-down, objective based bullet-hell game.
